Arabinex is a highly branched polysaccharide (sugar). It is harvested from the Western Larch (Larix occidentalis).
It can be used in all cases where one would like to boost the immune system.The Western larch is an evergreen tree native to the mountains of western North America. Mucopolysaccharides have been shown to boost the immune system. Because of its pleasant taste and ability to be dissolved in water, Arabinex is easy to give to dogs, cats, birds and ferrets.
Besides its ability to boost the immune system, it acts as a prebiotic, enhancing colon health by encouraging the growth of beneficial bacteria.
It is also a source of butyric acid; butyric acid is the primary fuel for intestinal colon cells. Thus, Arabinex strongly enhances intestinal immunity.
In the doses used, it is safe to give to diabetics and prediabetics.
Its mild taste and excellent solubility in water makes it relatively easy to supplement .
For dogs up to 25lbs 1 scoop twice daily
